long ago, I started to code apps for Windows using Visual Basic. I had created Swapper; a swap file monitor for Windows95. today I'm just too lazy for dirty job of porting the source into Delphi which is my workspace now. so if you need support about Swapper I will still help you, but don't expect future versions. you can still find Swapper somewhere on ZDnet, download.com, tucows, etc., and here on this page.

here's old description which i wrote back in 1998:

Swapper will automatically find your swapfile on the system disk and show its size in bytes. Optionally, Swapper can show you amount of free space left on swapdisk and size of the Registry. You can track values in Kbytes or in Mbytes. Swapper can be kept on Desktop, Minimized or Trayed. Refresh rate accepts your favourite values between 1 msecond to half a minute. Alarm feature will inform you when desired size of swapfile is overrun. Logfile option will log your swapfile activity into logfile, stored in your Windows directory. System button connects you directly to the System applet of Control Panel, where you can set your virtual memory settings for the entire system.
visual basic 5 runtimes are required.

Screensaver Switcher

fast little tool to temporary switch screensaver OFF and back ON. there's an option to run desired application after execution, so it is just great loader for benchmarks, system analysing software, media players, games, or other software which needs not to be interrupted by screensaver.

my friend ask me to wrote this tool for him, so that's why I called it Denis. he need to set the desired date on his computer every time it starts Windows and to run specific application after that. quick and simple. he had to ran some trial program I suppose (that's not my business), but perhaps you need my utility too. for your 30-day-limited trial application :-)

KDFL (Kazaa Download Folder Launcher)

quite outdated piece of software. i'm not using kazaa for years now. but if anyone needs it, here it is;

there is no screenshot because this utility doesn't have a GUI; it doesn't create any window at all. this tiny small tool will find your kazaa's defined download folder wherever it is, open your associated file manager there and quit itself. you actually don't even see KDFL; it is so small, fast and efficient.
